We’re looking for a Detail & Deburr Operator to assist with parts finishing, shop cleanliness, and manual tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on work, and want to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Use hand and power tools to clean, deburr, polish, grind, and finish parts.
- Perform minor repairs on parts, such as fixing small dents or scratches.
- Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and instructions to ensure quality work.
- Assist in packaging products and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Accurately document work completed, including work travelers and timecards.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but we will train the right person on the job!
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T).
- Comfortable with light physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs and working with cardboard packaging.
- Must be safety-conscious and follow established procedures.
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts).
- Overtime and weekend shifts may be required/available
