We're looking for someone to help with parts finishing, shop cleanliness, and hands-on shop tasks. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and want to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Use hand and power tools to clean, deburr, polish, grind, and finish precision parts
- Perform cosmetic touch-up work to meet quality standards
- Learn to read blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
- Help package products and prepare them for shipment
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
- Document work completed, including work travelers and timecards
What We’re Looking For
- No experience needed. We will train the right person on the job!
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Basic math skills
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Safety-conscious and reliable
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM -4:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts).
- Overtime and weekend shifts are sometimes required/available

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
